30-Day Returns

Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a hassle-free experience.

Original Condition

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Full Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

1. Return Eligibility

We are behind the quality of our products. Products can be returned at the criteria of our consumer protection:

Returnable Items
  • Printers that are not used and have not been used before.
  • Sealed ink cartridges which were not used.
  • Supplies in the original state in the office.
  • Malfunctioning products (anything).
  • Items received in error.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Acknowledged or used ink cartridges.
  • Items damaged by the customer.
  • Products that are not repackaged.
  • Customized or special order products.
  • Items returned after 30 days.

2. How to Return Items

Step 1: A Return Request is initiated
Our customer service contacts are through email at info@myinkshops.com. Please provide:

  • Order number and date of purchase.
  • Product condition and information.
  • Reason for return (malfunctioning, misplaced, change of heart, etc.)
  • Refund, replace, or store credit (preferred resolution).

Step 2: Authorization and Instructions Response
We will also provide prepaid shipping labels and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours unless the retailer is ineligible to return the item. No refurbishment fees on failed products or our mistakes.

Step 3: Acquisition of Packaging and Shipment
Pack the goods neatly so as not to damage them during transit. Include:

  • The RMA number is prominently displayed on the labeling of the package.
  • Original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Order receipt and return authorization form.
  • Tracing assurance of your safety.

Step 4: Processing & Refund
When you return the item, we will verify your item within 2 business days and refund your money within 3–5 business days. A fully refunded amount will be sent back to the payment method used initially, plus the original shipping of faulty merchandise.

Average cost of the return shipping: $8.99 on small packages, $15.99 on printers.

5. Exchanges

We have now weighed in favor of refunds instead of direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  • Give back what we got under our return policy.
  • Make another order of what is wanted.
  • Your return will be important to us, and we will process your new order as soon as we have received it.

This will make the processing faster, and you will have the option of choosing what you need precisely.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

In case you get a defect or a damaged product, we will fix it in no time:

  • Call us within 48 hours after delivery.
  • Give pictures of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will hasten a remedy or entire money back.
  • Label on returning shipment furnished.
  • No hassles and no restocking charges.

Manufacturer Defects: The warranty also applies to those items that have a manufacturer's defect, as they are under the HP warranty. We will assist you in selecting between our process of returning or the warranty service of HP.

7. Cancellations

In the following case, you are entitled to cancel your order without any cost:

  • Order is yet to ship (usually 2–4 hours after ordering)
  • Get in touch with us by phone or email.
  • Give your order number and cancellation request.

After an order has been shipped, you will have to go through our return procedure as usual after receiving the item.

8. International Returns

  • Same 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Responsible customer incurring the shipping costs of returns.
  • Goods should clear up (customer pays customs/taxes).
  • Refunds will be made in the original currency.
  • Additional processing time can be used (5–10 business days).
